The 2015 pay and Conditions Document has now been published by DfE. It still has to be laid before Parliament but it is highly unlikely there will be any further changes. The main changes are:

Main Pay Scale
1% uplift to the minimum
2% uplift to the maximum
Upper Pay Scale
1% uplift to minimum and maximum points
Leading Practitioners Range
1% uplift to minimum and maximum points
Unqualified Teachers Range
1% uplift to minimum and maximum points
Leadership
1% uplift to minimum of leadership
1% uplift to the minimum point of each of the eight Head Teacher Groups.
There will be no uplift to the maximum point in these groups.
Discretionary Reference points
Please note, that the discretionary lists (all the points in between minimum and maximum) will not be published from now on. Those points are entirely at the discretion of the schools. You may find for example that main scale point 4 in one school will be entirely different to main scale point 4 in the school half a mile up the road).
TLR’s and SEN allowance
1% increase to minimum and maximum.
