We believe that HR Consultancy should be provided by someone not too far away, who knows the area and localised terms and conditions. To this end, we aim to develop the consultancy to schools and Academies within around 60 miles of the Grimsby area.

The world of HR in Education is constantly changing so instead of just reacting to problems as they occur, we aim to provide a pro- active service so that our clients can be prepared for changes in good time rather than fire- fighting last minute changes. 

It helps that we have direct contact with the Local Government Association so we are always on top of changes before they happen.
