Group Access – With appropriate authority centralised services can access all of the information that the individual schools receive.
Consistent Reporting – At payroll processing level all members can be grouped together to allow consistency in reporting and creation of MAT specific reports.
Global Reporting – Can be carried out because of this consistency.
Absence Management Tracking – Through ePaysafe (Dataplan’s own secure web portal) here you can implement an absence data capture routine and use these triggers for HR monitoring/ intervention and/ or payroll changes.
Smart Forms – Standard input whether paper or spreadsheet can be converted into electronic forms for secure and speedy processing.
Central Review and Approval – Introducing SmartForms allows the central function to automatically receive SmartForm content for review and submission to Dataplan or act as information only.
HR Interrogation – Ad hoc reports across the entire MAT can be created based on consistent data. Useful in scenarios such as equal pay claims.
ePayslips – MAT wide roll out of ePayslips can take place fully branded either as the MAT or each individual school.
External Audit – Audit requirements for a MAT differ from an individual school. MATs need to demonstrate effective control over their processes even when outsourced. Dataplan have invested heavily in undergoing an external audit process (SSAE16- Service organisation control reporting framework) which is acceptable for the Audit Commission in any pension return requirement and for the MATs own auditors.
